About Yuan Ze University

The program offered is a reciprocal joint degree program, in which students from both Telkom University and Yuan Ze University undertake joint degree studies at the partner university.

Requirements
Applicants must be students of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yuan Ze University Program A (Digital Technology, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or Program B (Communication), or master’s students in Electrical Engineering at Telkom University in one of the following specializations: IWCSS, NECS, or CIS.
Applicants from Telkom University must have a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00, and applicants from Yuan Ze University must also have a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements: TOEFL (CBT or ITP) score of 500, TOEFL (iBT) score of 60, IELTS score of 6.0, or TOEIC score of 600.
- During their studies at Telkom University, students follow the payment policies set by Telkom University. Joint degree program students may use the Master by Research scheme and receive a full 100% tuition fee waiver (BPP).
- During their studies at Yuan Ze University, students are required to pay tuition and other fees in accordance with Yuan Ze University regulations. Students may obtain scholarships in accordance with the applicable provisions.
About Kanazawa University

Based on the Memorandum on the Implementation of the Cotutelle Double-Degree Master’s Program between the Division of Electrical, Information, and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Kanazawa University, and the Master’s Program of Electrical Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University, it is stipulated that:
- Telkom University will not charge test fees, admission fees, or tuition fees to Kanazawa University students participating in the joint degree/double degree program.
- Kanazawa University will not charge test fees, admission fees, or tuition fees to Telkom University students participating in the joint degree/double degree program.
- The above provisions apply for a maximum study period of 2.5 years. If students require additional time to complete their studies, they are required to pay tuition fees at the university where they are enrolled at that time.
- Both universities are required to provide information regarding living costs during the study period, scholarship information, and other relevant information needed by students participating in this program.
- Both universities are required to provide assistance to help students obtain affordable and safe accommodation during their studies at each campus, such as by providing dormitories or student housing.
About National Sun Yat-sen University
