Double Degree Program

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST/Taiwan Tech), through its Department of Industrial Management (DIM), is one of the leading centers of industrial management in Asia, with a strong tradition in applied research and industry–academia collaboration. DIM is one of the oldest departments at Taiwan Tech (established in 1974) and is recognized as one of the most reputable institutions in the field of industrial management in Taiwan. The department has a strong research track record and contributes directly to the development of Taiwan’s industry through its graduates and applied projects.

The 1+1 joint master’s degree program is a collaborative graduate program between two higher education institutions that awards a single joint degree after students complete their studies at both campuses. Students spend the first year (1 year) at their home university and the second year (1 year) at the overseas partner university in the same field and level of study. Graduates receive one diploma or one academic degree jointly recognized by both partner institutions, which differs from a double degree program that awards two separate degrees.
